2. Estimates & Project Approval
- All quotes provided are estimates, not final pricing.
- Restoration and custom projects are complex and may uncover unforeseen issues.
- Final costs may increase based on:
- Hidden damage
- Parts availability
- Labor complexity
- Work will begin only after customer approval and deposit (if required).
3. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work.
- Larger projects may be billed in phases or milestones.
- Full payment is required before vehicle release unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make payments may result in work stoppage and/or storage fees.
4. Parts & Materials
- Customers may supply parts, but Tony’s Muscle Car is not responsible for:
- Defective, incorrect, or incompatible parts
- Delays caused by third-party suppliers
- We may recommend or source parts to ensure quality and compatibility.
5. Project Timelines
- Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to:
- Parts availability
- Supply chain issues
- Scope changes
- Unforeseen mechanical or structural issues
- We will communicate major delays as they arise.
6. Storage Fees
- Vehicles left on-site beyond the agreed completion or pickup date may incur daily or weekly storage fees.
- Vehicles not picked up within [X days] after completion may be subject to additional charges or legal action as permitted by law.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle history and known issues
- Respond promptly to approvals and communications
- Make payments according to agreed terms
8. Vehicle Condition & Risk
- Restoration and repair work may involve working with aged or compromised components.
- Tony’s Muscle Car is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Structural weaknesses
- Failures related to old or worn parts
- Some risks are inherent when working on classic and vintage vehicles.
9. Test Drives & Operation
- Vehicles may be test-driven as necessary to diagnose issues or verify repairs.
- By engaging our services, you authorize reasonable operation of the vehicle.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
- Any warranties must be explicitly stated in writing.
- No implied warranties are provided unless required by law.
- Performance upgrades and custom modifications may affect reliability and are not guaranteed.
11. Abandoned Vehicles
- Vehicles left without communication or payment for an extended period may be considered abandoned.
- Tony’s Muscle Car reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including liens or sale of the vehicle, in accordance with state law.
12. Photography & Marketing
We may take photos and videos of vehicles for:
- Project documentation
- Social media
- Website and marketing use
By using our services, you grant permission unless you opt out in writing.
13. Limitation of Liability
Tony’s Muscle Car is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of vehicle use
- Delays outside of our control
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
